OK, this Module is going to be very different... but I think you're going to get a lot out of it - it's with Hotseats, and there are serious insights for just about anyone.
The Hotseats are in all kinds of wildly different niches... and you will see that some of them look like sure winners, while others have some real problems.
And as you go through them, there are all kinds of lessons on positioning, pricing, building and refining stories, bonus strategies, and a whole lot more...
IMPORTANT: please DO NOT make the mistake of looking at the various niches listed and thinking they don't apply to you or your business. That would be a CRITICAL mistake.
For instance, the very first hotseat for real estate agents... this is a good looking launch story by a person who really understands her prospects. The potential is HUGE... but there is one big problem with the offer.
And this is the type of mistake that ANYONE could make.
